The Tokenization Scoreboard

Everyone watches the dollar total. We watch the number of people. On-chain real-world assets just crossed one million holders for the first time, and that number is growing faster than the money.

Real numbers. No hype. Receipts.
Over 1,000,000 holders. Up about 9.6% in a single month.
On-chain RWA holders (ex-stablecoins), per rwa.xyz, as of ~2026-07-11

What the on-chain record shows, dated to roughly July 11, 2026 (source: rwa.xyz dashboards):

MetricValue
Total on-chain RWA, excluding stablecoins~$34.4B
Holders (first time above 1M)>1,000,000
Tokenized US Treasuries~$15.6B
Tokenized Treasury holders~64,000
Circle USYC~$3.07B
BlackRock BUIDL~$2.87B
Ondo USDY~$2.16B
Franklin Templeton (combined)~$2.4B

The signature metric: holder count

The headline number is the AUM, and it is real. But the tell is that the holder base is growing faster than the dollar total. In the month observed, holders rose about 9.6 percent and crossed one million, distribution through stablecoin and exchange rails is pulling in non-institutional users faster than the dollars imply.

Why we track people, not just dollars. Institutions and their forecasts count the money, because that is what they hold. Counting holders is how you see the majority switching on, quietly, before the dollar figure makes it obvious. That is the whole thesis of this record: the retail wave is undercounted, and holder count is where you watch it happen in real time.

The 2030 forecast range, refereed not cheerled

When someone quotes a single tokenization forecast, they have picked a side. The honest picture is a range, with named sources:

These are not apples to apples, some include the money layer, some do not. We report the range and the source rather than crown a headline number. The direction is not in doubt; the size is a debate, and a debate is what you referee, not what you hype.
